This morning will focus on New Jersey alimony (presented by William Donahue, Esq., APM), and the afternoon will focus on New Jersey child support guidelines (presented by Anju D. Jessani, MBA, APM), and they will also cover the requirements to join the roster. The class has been approved by the Administrative Office of the Courts to meet the supplemental training requirement and is also approved for NJ Continuing Legal Education credits.

With your registration, you must forward us a copy of your 40-Hour certificate from your prior 40-Hour divorce mediation training.   We will provide you with an online training manual.  To receive your certificate, you must attend our class from 8:30 AM 3:15 PM.  We read codes every hour to confirm attendance, and you must attend with your camera on.  After the class, you will return your code and evaluation forms. We will then issue your certificate.

Registration Information

The course will be held on Zoom on Thursday, November 12, 2026, 8:30 am - 3:15 pm.

The course fee is $335 for NJAPM Members and $400 for non-members.

Course fee includes an electronic manual that includes course materials.

Any cancellation by a student received within 7 days of the course date will be subject to a 25% fee.  

We reserve the right to cancel the training and return all fees.

The course will be held online via Zoom.  Your camera will be required to be on during the class.

This course is approved by the New Jersey Courts to satisfy the divorce mediation supplemental training requirement under Rule 1:40-12(b)8.  Approved for 7.2 Hours of NJ CLEs.  CPE credits available on request. Approved for 6.0 NJAPM credits. You will need to complete the attendance form, and evaluation for the days you attend, to receive your class certificate.
