Topic: Parenting Schedules: Holidays/Summers and Mid-week Overnights

This webinar will be a panel presentation and discussion with Katherine Newcomer, Esq., Lynn Norcia, Esq., and Anna Maria Pittella, Esq., APM.  The discussion will be moderated by Carl Cangelosi  

The discussion will include: What factors should inform a workable parenting plan?  What are some workable approaches to developing holiday, vacation, and school break parenting plans? How does COVID and other external factors impact parenting plans?  Is 50/50 shared parenting best?

Lynn B. Norcia, Esq.  is “Of Counsel” to Starr, Gern, Davison & Rubin, in Roseland, NJ.  She has been an attorney for over 35 years and handles all docket types in the Family Division. She is an N.J.R. 1:40 Economic Mediator, a Domestic Violence Economic Mediator,  and was formerly a Family Mediator and Domestic Violence Hearing Officer for the Superior Court, Essex Vicinage for 14 years.

Katherine Newcomer, Esq. has been a mediator since 2003 and limits her practice to mediation and arbitration. When she practiced law, her experience was in general law. She is on two New Jersey Court rosters involving mediation: custodial (2004) and economic (2010).  She has extensive experience in high conflict custodial mediations and as a commercial arbitrator for NetNeutrals.

Anna-Maria Pittella, Esq., APM is an accredited mediator in family law and trained collaborative attorney. She no longer litigates but concentrates on the resolution of family matters by mediation, collaborative process, and negotiation. Anna-Maria Pittella is co-chair of the NJAPM Divorce Mediation Apprenticeship Program and formerly served on the NJAPM Board as well as past President of the Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group and NJ Council of Collaborative Practice Groups.
