Third Mock Divorce Mediation
January 25 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
The third in a series of online mock divorce mediation programs that will be held on January 25th from noon to 1 p.m.
This is how the divorce mock mediation will work. The mock mediation will have a mediator and a couple. For January 25th Gary Borger will be the mediator. Cindy Wilson and Jeff Urbach will be the couple. Cindy and Jeff will prepare a fact pattern that will not be shared with Gary or the attendees. Cindy and Jeff will also coordinate how they will play each part. The mediation should last about 20 -30 minutes.
How you participate. During the role-play, there will be no questions from the attendees. At the end of the role play, an attendee can ask a question by raising his/her hand. If an attendee wants to try mediating with the couple to demonstrate a different approach, that can be done too with both audio and video.
