Description:  The keys to obtaining excellent negotiating results including complex and emotionally-charged disputes.  The focus of this webinar will include tips and strategies that attorneys and mediators can use to effectively facilitate win-win resolutions in complex and emotionally charged disputes as well as every other mediation.

Felicia Farber is a full-time ADR practitioner serving as a mediator and arbitrator for the AAA, State, and Federal courts, and FINRA. She mediates and arbitrates civil, commercial, and divorce matters with a concentration in employment, construction, and complex business/commercial disputes. She is Vice President of NJAPM and serves on the Executive Committee of the Labor & Employment Section of the NJSBA.

Lawrence D. Eichen is a litigation attorney, mediator, and professional speaker who practices in Morristown, N.J.  He is a former programmer and has a background in computer science.  He has a new CLE course called “Tapping into Negotiation Excellence for Attorneys.”  It can be found on his website at www.FirstClassSpeaking.com.
