Mock Mock Mediation Webinar with Bruce Matez acting as “The Mediator”

09/21/2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Mock Mock Mediation Webinar with Bruce Matez acting as "The Mediator"

On September 21st we will have the first divorce mock mediation.  Mock civil mediations are in the planning stage.

This is how the divorce mock mediation will work.  Each mock mediation will have a mediator and a couple.  For September 21st, Bruce Matez will be the mediator. Michelle Cresti and Adam Berner will be the couple.  Michelle and Adam will prepare a fact pattern that will not be shared with Bruce or the attendees.  Michelle and Adam will also coordinate how they will play each part.  The mediation should last about 20 minutes.

How you participate. During the roleplay, there will be no questions from the attendees.  At the end of the role play, attendees can ask questions, e.g., why did the mediator take this or that approach.  If an attendee wants to try mediating with the couple to demonstrate a different approach, that can be done too with both audio and video. (While the mock mediation is being held in a Zoom webinar format where attendees cannot be seen, I can make an attendee into a panelist with full audio and video capability).
