Event Cancellation/Refund Policy in Light of COVID-19

Event Policy Change on Cancellations and Refunds Because of Coronavirus (COVID-19) Concerns
As per NJAPM New Policy as of March 9, 2020
This country is facing an unpredictable situation with the COVID-19 virus (Coronavirus).  To address the unpredictability, we are changing the associations's cancellation polices for upcoming trainings and events to provide you the flexibility of registering for a training or event knowing that you may cancel in the future.
Under the new policy you will receive a full refund, i.e., no administrative charges, if you register and pay for a training or event and need to cancel because you are not feeling well or are concerned that attendance poses a health risk for you.
As is our current practice, for multi-day trainings such as our 40-hour family/divorce and 40 hour business/civil mediation training, once class starts, missed days can be made up in the following offering.
NJAPM will also follow any guidance from the State or Federal Government with respect to attendance at events such as NJAPM provides.
